Re: Motorola MC68HC908AB32 Proto Board Help for ISP
The schematic of my board is an exact copy of the schematic in the device information/ISP Connection in your software. All pins that are not a part of the ISP schematic are left floating.
Also the question about using the DIL48 connector instead and running leads to it.

Motorola MC68HC908AB32 Proto Board Help for ISP
Hello again! Presently I'm trying to get a protoboard going for the Motorola MC68HC908AB32. I've created a board and installed the device. Then I replicated the circuit provided in the Device Information. Dataman-48Pro2 Many pins are left floating, but all of the VSS and VDD are in parallel, Crystal...

Re: Config Bits and Reading/Writing
Hey Neil,
Last question, will the buffer file (Save Buffer to File F2) include the config bits when I save, or only if I save the project file?
Respectfully

Config Bits and Reading/Writing
Hello, I have a few different IC's that have config bit options like WDT, Oscillator Timer, etc Ex. PIC16C62A or ST7FMC2S4T Usually I just grab a working system and read the ICs and then simply save them for future instances where a processor may've taken damage. When that time comes, how do I know ...

Re: CY8C27243 ISP Read/Prog Help
I discovered my error. I was saving the program buffer file by going to the "View/Edit" buffer window and saving there, instead of just reading the original IC and saving the whole project/file, which is in IntelHex as you've described. I guess I need to start saving there and not using th...

CY8C27243 ISP Read/Prog Help
Hello,
Recently I tried reading a CY8C27243 and then writing to a blank one, but it seems that the Dataman reads in Binary and cannot write unless it is in .hex.
Is there a way around this? I have PSoC designer, but there is no way to upload the bin file that I got, using the dataman.
Thanks
