VCC SETTING ERROR

when i load the library,my S4 always display "VCC SETTING ERROR",i change the different library ,but is same? Is something wrong with my S4?

Yes it does sound as though your S4 has developed a fault.

sorry but i am from China,it is not so convenience foe me to send back for repair,is it a serious problem or not?if yes ,it is better to buy new one because the freight is too high.
