Omni-pro II PEEL

Hi,
I have an old omni-pro II that has a blown PEEL the location of the PEEL is U15 and the numbering on the label is 1427218817.

The programmer is obsolete and Dataman are unwilling or unable to supply replacement.

Has anybody any info on a source of supply or programming information?
