I have a DataMan-40PRO with the adapter DIL32/TQFP32-1 ZIF, I try to read the chip the dataman-40pro say read full chip is ok but when I try to see the data only show a empty.
I save the buffer info into a file and take a programm a blank chip and does not work, the original chip working fine. I attach the file that dataman-40pro read from the good chip.

Hello jmorozco,
Looking at the file you have provided it is indeed blank/empty. Either your device is brand new and blank or it has been protected, in which case you will not be able to read out the contents.
Please run a Blank check on the device and report the result.

Hello jmorozco,
Looking at the log file you have provided it shows that your device is not blank. Also, the checksum value shown after reading the device is (004FB000h) which is the same checksum value you would see if you filled the buffer with all FFh at every location.
I believe that your device has been protected which is why it fails the blank check procedure and why there is no data in the buffer after reading the device.
If you have any further questions, please contact me.
