Hi,
did anyone program the C505A with Dataman48?
I always get "overcurrent error" when programming starts. Blank checking works.
Adapter and chip are ok.
Thanks!

Re: Infineon C505A with Dataman48
Hello Carston,
Without knowing the full part number of your device it is difficult to help. The D48 supports only the SABC505CA device. There are a number of other devices in this family all with slightly different algorithms and requirements so I would not expect one algorithm to successfully program a different device.
For a greater range of support for these Infineon C505A devices I would recommend looking at the Dataman-48Pro2 which currently supports the following devices from this family:
Infineon SAB-C505A-4E
Infineon SAF-C505A-4E
Infineon SAH-C505A-4E
Infineon SAK-C505A-4E
Further details of the Dataman-48Pro2 Universal Programmer can be found on our website here.
Best regards,
