Hi Neil
Got a bit of a odd one here I don't understand.........

L0160: Blank checking device: Motorola MC68705P3.
L0161: Device insertion test ...
L0162: Device insertion test - error!
L0163: Bad contact at pin(s) 40 of programmed chip.
L0164: Elapsed time: 0:00:00.9

But it is a 28pin device! why is it checking for pin 40 ?

Blank checked perfectly (and programmed) after the wire insertion!! thanks again Neil
