DEAD S4S
DEAD S4S
Hello - I've got 3 S4s here - none of which have been used for a while - can't get any life out of any of them - have tried re-set on all but nothing - am i missing something subtle in the procedure or is it simply that all of them need replacement batteries?

Re: DEAD S4S
Hello sysown,
Have you followed the full reset procedure outlined on our website here?
If this does not revive any of the units then we will need them back here in our lab for repair. Details of the repair procedure can be found on our website here along with a form to fill out and return with the programmers.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
Best regards
