Programme 2708 with Dataman

I want to programme a Texas Instruments 2708 EPROM chip with my S4 prommer. Please can you support this?

Hi Kavman,
I hav done this..
This simple - select 2716 and ad a 12.1V Zenor from vcc to +25V externol supply.

i tried this, but nothing happen. i get message vpp setting error. can you suggest what is wrong. i have a 12.1V Zenor connected as shown. do i need to use the red write lead?

Hi,
TI 2708 memory requires 3 voltages - +5V,+12V and -5V.
It is NOT possible to program the chip using the method Anonymous has detailed above.
Please, do not attempt this.
The chip also needs proper voltage sequencing.
S4 cannot program it (unless Dataman designs a new module)
Hope this clears things up.
