How can I program the 1 Megabyte Eprom M27C801 with the Dataman S4
(128 kbyte) ???
The M27C801 is on the supported device list, but I didn't manage it to
burn above 1FFFF.
I want to burn the Eprom in 8 steps (8 x 128 k).
Is this possible somehow?
Do I have to split the source-file on the pc first?
I cannot find a hint for this problem in the manual, why? Is it
unusual to burn large eproms?
How can I read (and save to pc) a 8mbit eprom?
Hope you can help me ...

1. The file MUST be divided into 128kbytes sections first.
e.g. Use FileSplitter for this.
2. Select 27C801
3. Download the first file.
4. BURN 00000,1FFFF,00000
5. Download next file.
6. BURN 00000,1FFFF,20000 - use left,right arrow to get to the third
number, press UP or DOWN.
7. Download next file.
8. BURN 00000,1FFFF,40000 - use left,right arrow to get to the third
number, press UP or DOWN.
etc.

n. Download last file.
n+1. BURN 00000,1FFFF,F0000 - use left,right arrow to get to the third
number, press UP or DOWN.

Thats it.

The three address ranges are (start address,end address and
destination address).
