Hello,
I am attempting to use my 48XP programmer to read a mask ROM. The part that I am trying to read is a Samsung KM23C64000G-12, which is a 64Mbit (8Mx16) 5V Mask ROM. It is a very old part. However, after some digging, I have found that my mask ROM part is similar to some Dataman "compatible" flash parts today. For instance, the OKI MR27V6402G *44TS is pin compatible, but it is 3.3V only.
The Mask ROM that I need to read is 5V. Is there a way to modify the parameters for the OKI's algorithm in order to get the 48XP to produce 5V when reading?
Thanks in advance,
-Alan
