Postby Dataman (Daniel Smith) » 17 Nov 2011 11:40

Dear Dataman users,

New software has just been posted on our software pages for the Dataman MEMPro universal memory programmer.

Version 2.81 features the following amendments:

New Device Support
Many new devices have been added in this revision, please download the full device list to verify your chip is supported: DatamanMEMProDeviceList.pdf

Major Changes
JobReports file type changed to 'Rich Text Format *.rtf'
Automatic YES! setting on pg4uwMC bug fixed
Error report from slave site disabled
Working with "Create problem report" in Pg4uwMC bug fixed
Fixed error "Access violation" that might occur sometimes when closing Pg4uw.exe from remote control application (for example from Pg4uwMC).
The error caused Pg4uw.exe not closed correctly and stayed hung in memory.
Fixed error "Access violation" occured in dialog "Automatic YES! wizard"
Fixed error "Integer overflow" that might occure during starting of Pg4uw, when more devices with complicated settings were saved to configuration .ini file
Fixed error handling for load file error, when the file is locked by another application
Improved remote control processing inside Pg4uw to reach lower system load
Fixed bug that caused sometimes to show images of manufacturer logos in dialog "Select device" in black and white
Fixed blinking of main program window in Windows XP, when device operation is completed
Forced permanent display of buffer address range for checksum calculation on main form, changed non-standard control button "Checksum options" to standard button due to better self-explanation of control meaning
