We have a S4 that will not reboot, it is displaying a black flashing block cusor in the top left of the display. We have tried pushing the reset button for >30 with the S4 power supply fitted but the S4 switched off to no avail.Any suggestions or will it need returning for repair?

It sounds as though this unit needs to come back to us for repair.
There is a standard repair charge of £95 + return carriage + VAT. Our address can be found on the main website.
