I own a Dataman 48 and bought a 48XP upgrade kit on ebay.
At first glance looked ok, but I suspect the board is NOT an 48XP upgrade board, but an old 48 board, because it has still the two module connectors on the back which the upgrade board should NOT have.
I am right?

Re: Fake 48XP upgrade kit ?
Hello giovannirat,
The photo shows a 48LV lower board. I do not believe this was intentionally sold as a fake 48XP upgrade. I can only assume someone upgraded their programmer to the 48XP, put the old 48LV board in the original 48XP packaging shown in your photo and someone else has come along and sold it thinking that the 48XP board was still inside the box.
Best regards,
Neil Parker
