Man/Dev ID Error trying to program Lattice GAL22V10D with v3.82

Postby mad3001_01 » 17 Jan 2023 20:01

Hello, I was trying to program some Lattice GAL22V10D with the programmer dataman 40pro and PG4UW v3.82 but is like it does not detect the chip. When I try any operation (Erase, Read, Program) it says Manufacturer FFh and ID Device FFh.
I did the selftest and all is ok. I tried to read EPROM SST39SF040 and it did it correctly.
I can erase/read/program the same GAL22V10D into an G840 so the problem is not in the chips.

Hello Mario,

Can you recreate the situation you describe and then generate a problem report using the Help > Create problem report feature and email it to me for analysis? support@dataman.com

If you can also provide a photo of the top of the device where the part name is visible, it would be helpful.

Best regards,
