I have found this flash-type in the S4 - 8Bit Flash Library V1.11 with Flash Signature 1B0E.
But my Flash has the Signature A35F ?
Programing is not possible.
How can i programm this device?

Hi,
Our engineer finally found samples. SST 39SF040 electronic ID is BF B7,
not the values you mentioned.
But this is so-called High Voltage ID where there was a dispute between Atmel and SST resulting in judge decision which ordered SST to stop using High Voltage ID.
They definitely use Software ID but S4 does not use it.
As far as programming concerns I have not found any problems.
Simply select the device manually and program away.

Yes, you're right it's possible to program this flash!
'FUNC + PROM' didn't found the Flash-Type so i have to select it manually.
