Burning a 27C512

Hi,

Just got a secondhand S4 and wanted to burn a 27C512 EPROM. Loaded the HEXE300 Lib file but scrolling through the list it only goes upto a 27C256!

Have looked at the manual and searched this site but at the risk of showing my stupidity (again!) can't find how to burn a 27C512.

Have you tried FUNC-PROM (one key after the other) while the EPROM is in the ZIF-socket? It may find the right algorithm based on the EPROM signature.
