How to find or make test vectors?

I want to use my Dataman 40Pro to test logic chips and screen for gross defects. But the chip (CDP68HC68P1) is not supported by the Dataman software. Is there anywhere else to look for support for this chip? Is there any way I can write my own test file for this chip? It is a very old 8 bit parallel to SPI I/O port.

Hello SherpaDoug,

IC testing by vectors is only available on the D48Pro and not the D40Pro.
